President's Message

Welcome to the Spartanburg Jaycees!

I am glad you took the time to visit our website.  The Spartanburg Jaycees are rich in tradition in Spartanburg County.  Whether its organizing the Spartanburg Christmas Parade, raising funds for Jaycee Camp Hope, or assisting with city festivals and events; such as Spring Fling and Music on Main, the Spartanburg Jaycees are actively involved in the community that we live and work in.

Building a better community while improving the individual member is the goal of our organization.  Whether you are new to the area or a native of Spartanburg County, the Jaycees have something to offer.

Social Events:  We regularly schedule social events where members can unwind, network, and build camaraderie.

Community Service:  If you're looking to get involved and give back to our community by volunteering some time the Jaycees have opportunity for you.  The Spartanburg Jaycees conduct many Community Service Projects throughout the year.

Have a new idea for a community service project?  Membership in the Jaycees gives you the opportunity to propose new projects.

Membership Development:  Looking to improve yourself?  The Jaycees offer many programs designed to assist our members with self improvement.

Taking the first step out of one's comfort zone is difficult.  We've been there, we know how it feels.  But we believe in the mission of the Jaycees and we are confident that you will too.  Therefore, I invite you to join us at any scheduled meeting or event and see for yourself.  After all, you have nothing to lose….. and everything to gain.
