The Spartanburg Jaycees are governed by two documents. Our Constitution and Bylaws.

All projects ran by The Spartanburg Jaycees must have a Chairpersons Planning Guide (CPG) completed and approved by both the Board of Directors and the General Membership of the Chapter.
